What Youll Do
Support teachers in classroom activities and daily routines
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students
Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
Jump in where needed every day can look a little different
Be a calm, encouraging presence for students who need it most
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Washington State paraeducator certification (or ability to obtain one) preferred
Experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Ability to follow classroom and school procedures
Must pass required background checks and district clearances
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
