Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Everett, Washington

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students based on teacher and staff direction
• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within the classroom
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

To be eligible, you must meet these requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test per school requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain or provide required clearances before starting

Preferred backgrounds include previous experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare environments. A background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is especially valued. Certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are a bonus but not required. Reliability, a patient demeanor, and a collaborative mindset are highly sought after.
