Per Diem Teacher Aide | Everett, Washington

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students, providing academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEP guidelines as needed
• Support students mobility, offer supervision, and assist with personal care as required
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to obtain a TB test per district requirement
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift when needed
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials (a plus but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
