Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academic, behavioral, and social needs in classroom settings.
• Assist one-on-one or in small groups as directed by teaching staff.
• Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP goals as directed.
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support as needed.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• TB test compliance as required by the district.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting.
• Current background clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to working.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is advantageous but not required.
• Applicants should be reliable, patient, and collaborative.
