As a per diem position, youll accept assignments based on your availability, helping ensure that every day you work is meaningful and rewarding.

Youll assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings, providing dedicated 1:1 or small-group support as directed by teachers and staff. Support students through daily routines and transitions, implement behavior support plans, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Whether guiding mobility needs, assisting with classroom participation, or upholding individualized education programs (IEPs), your compassionate support ensures students can fully participate in their educational journey.

To qualify for this role, youll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Ability to pass a TB test (per district requirements)
• Active and current clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training/experience
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
