Key Qualifications:

• Willingness to secure necessary clearances before starting

• Prior experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges highly valued
• CPI, PMT, or RBT skills a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong reliability, patience, and collaborative spirit

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP guidance as directed
