Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Opportunities

Instructional aides play a vital role in supporting students and contributing to their academic and personal growth. We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide 1:1 and small-group assistance in classroom settings on a per diem, as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within the classroom.
• Provide individualized or small-group support as directed by teachers and school staff.
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and participation in classroom activities.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed.
• Aid with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs when required.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that fosters mutual respect and learning.

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Current TB test (per district requirements).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary.
• Willingness to obtain or provide current clearances prior to starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but a plus).
• A patient, team-oriented, and dependable approach to supporting students.
