Instructional Aide Substitute positions are now available for compassionate individuals eager to support students in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 or small group support to students, assisting with academic, behavioral, and social needs.
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and stay engaged in classroom activities.
• Implement behavioral support strategies and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed.
• Supervise, support mobility, and assist with personal care when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to best support learners.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Current TB test in accordance with school guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if required.
• Must be able to provide or obtain necessary school clearances prior to starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude.
