Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Assist 1:1 or in small groups as outlined by teachers and school personnel

• Support mobility, oversee supervision, and assist with personal care when necessary
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test (in accordance with district policies)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist students who may need support with lifting
• Current school clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable, team-oriented, and patient demeanor
