Spindle is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to work in Pennsylvania schools, providing direct support to students throughout the school day. This is a great opportunity for those who want meaningful, flexible work in education.

What Youll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to students with daily school activities
• Assist with academic tasks, routines, and transitions
• Support behavioral and social development
• Follow IEPs and behavior support plans
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Willingness to complete Pennsylvania school clearances
• TB test (if required by district)

Preferred Experience

• School, childcare, or special education experience
• Experience supporting students with autism or behavioral needs
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
