Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside teachers and staff to assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group support, adapting to evolving classroom needs
• Aid with transitions, daily routines, classroom participation, and mobility
• Implement behavior intervention plans and IEP directives as needed
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Support students supervision, personal care, and physical assistance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to complete a TB test in accordance with district policy
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valued but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to teamwork
