Key Responsibilities:

• Support student mobility, personal care needs, and maintain attentive supervision
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment at all times

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• TB testing in accordance with district protocols
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting as needed
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required but a plus)
• Patience, reliability, and a strong ability to collaborate with staff
