Support students in their educational journey as an Instructional Aide Sub in a dynamic school environment near Elmira, NY. What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in classroom settings
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social goals as directed by classroom teachers
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in their learning
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs under school supervision
• Support personal care, mobility, and ensure student safety at all times
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment where every student feels valued

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to meet all school compliance requirements, including a TB test and current or attainable background clearances
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist students with lifting or mobility when required

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is highly valued
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliability, patience, and a team-oriented approach
