You'll provide 1:1 and small-group support to students, working collaboratively with teachers and staff to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social growth in classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small-group support as directed by instructional staff
• Help students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEP plans if required
• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain a TB test per district regulations
• Capacity to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to secure all required background checks

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, not mandatory)
• A reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach
