What Youll Do:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance, following direction from teachers and school staff
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and student participation
• Support implementation of behavior support plans and IEPs where applicable
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test in accordance with local district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current educational clearances (or willing to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valued but not required
• Dependable, patient, and teamwork-focused mindset
