To qualify, candidates must:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Complete a TB test (in accordance with school requirements)
• Possess current school clearances or be willing to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred background includes:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required)
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
