These positions allow for a flexible schedulework as needed, based on your availability and school coverage needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support within classroom settings
• Deliver direct 1:1 or small-group assistance as guided by teachers and staff
• Assist with daily student routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Support implementation of behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Help with student supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as required
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test completed (in line with district requirements)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance
• Willingness to secure up-to-date background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, child care, special education, or behavioral health settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training a plus, but not required
• Professionalism, reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
