Instructional Aide substitutes are needed to support students in school settings on a per diem basis, with flexible opportunities tailored to your schedule and availability. Position Highlights:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students during the school day
• Work directly with students 1:1 or in small groups as guided by teachers
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and student engagement
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEPs, where applicable
• Support students with personal care, mobility, and supervision needs
• Help nurture a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Recent TB test (per district requirements)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete or provide school-mandated clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus (not mandatory)
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative approach to work
