Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classrooms and school settings
• Providing 1:1 and small group support as directed by teachers or school staff
• Helping students transition between activities, supporting daily routines, and encouraging engagement
• Implementing behavior management strategies and following IEPs as appropriate
• Providing supervision and mobility assistance, ensuring each students safety and comfort
• Fostering an inclusive, positive, and respectful learning environment for all

Candidates must fulfill these school requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test as required by the school district
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete all required background and safety clearances before starting

Preferred experience includes:

• Background work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Confidence supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials (not required but valued)
• A patient, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
