Instructional Aide Subs are needed to support students in a dynamic and rewarding school-based environment. These per diem roles are perfect for compassionate, adaptable professionals interested in helping students thrivewhether providing 1:1 academic support or helping whole classrooms with daily routines.

Opportunities are flexible; pick up shifts as your schedule allows, based on school coverage needs. Your contributions will directly impact students academic, behavioral, and social growth, and youll play an essential role in promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere.

What Youll Do:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students in classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or in small groups as directed by instructional staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and full participation in class
• Follow IEPs and behavior support plans as directed
• Provide supervision, assist with mobility, and support personal care needs where required
• Foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• TB test as required by local regulation
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Up-to-date clearances (or a willingness to obtain)

Preferred Skills & Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Knowledge supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• PEL License, CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (a plus, not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative
