School Paraprofessional Needed | School-Based | Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

Step into a meaningful support role working with students in structured school environments. As a School Paraprofessional, you'll provide 1:1 assistance to students, helping them succeed in the classroom, supporting their behavioral, medical, and personal care needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 support to students in classroom settings as directed by teachers and staff
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Provide supervision, support mobility, and address personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Support students behavioral and medical needs in collaboration with school personnel

School Compliance Requirements:

• Active RN license is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• TB test (in line with school district policy)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Ability to provide or obtain required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience (a plus, not required)
• Team-oriented, reliable, patient, and flexible

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
