Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized 1:1 or small-group support as assigned.

• Follow IEPs and collaborate with school personnel as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older.
• TB test in compliance with school standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting students if necessary.
• Current or obtainable school clearances.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous background in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• CPI, PMT, RBT certifications a plus but not required.
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach.
