What Youll Do:

• Assist students in classroom participation, transitions, and daily routines
• Provide academic, behavioral, and social guidance individually or in groups, following teacher direction
• Implement behavior support plans and contribute to IEP goals when required
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Current or willingness to obtain required TB test and school clearances
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance when needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, behavioral health, special education, or child care settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training (helpful but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and a strong team player
