Per Diem Instructional Assistant - Detroit, MI

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test in accordance with school district policies
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if required
• Current or obtainable background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but valued)
• Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude
