As an Instructional Aide substitute, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Work one-on-one or with small groups as directed by teachers and staff
• Aid students with daily routines and transitions, ensuring classroom engagement
• Implement and follow behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all learners

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to meet health requirements, including current TB testing
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain necessary clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare environments
• Experience supporting students with disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and positive team player
