What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally in classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small-group support, under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Help with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation activities
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
• Support students general mobility and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Whats Needed:

• High school diploma, GED, and at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a TB test per district requirements
• Willingness to complete background clearances before starting
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist students as needed

Preferred Experience:

• School, special education, behavioral health, or child care experience
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience helpful but not required
• Friendly, dependable, patient, and able to work well in a team setting
