Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students in classroom environments
• Deliver 1:1 and small group assistance based on teacher and staff guidance
• Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Follow individual education plans (IEPs) and implement behavior supports as needed
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Foster inclusive, safe, and respectful learning spaces

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18
• Current TB test, as required by the district
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting, as necessary
• Willingness to obtain any required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral concerns
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is beneficial but not mandatory
• Compassionate, reliable, and a true team player
