What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance, following guidance from teachers and support staff
• Help with daily routines such as transitions and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP instructions as needed
• Support mobility, supervise students, and assist with personal care
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Who Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 48 college credit hours or Paraprofessional Certification
• At least 18 years old
• Able to pass a district-required TB test
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current background clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting work)
• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare preferred
• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials valued, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative team players
