Youll assist with daily routines, transitions, and implement behavior plans as directed. Depending on classroom needs, your support may include working with students one-on-one or in small groups, aiding with personal care, and ensuring safe classroom supervision.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, 18 years of age or older
• Must meet current school district TB testing and clearance requirements
• Ability to assist with standing, walking, and student lifting as needed
• Preferred: Background in education, behavioral health, childcare, or special education settings
• Experience with students with special needs or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training valued but not required
• A patient, reliable, and team-spirited attitude
