Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 and small-group academic, behavioral, and social support to students, as guided by classroom teachers and staff
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and foster active participation
• Implement established behavior support plans and assist with IEP goals as needed
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care when necessary
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; age 18 or older
• Current TB test (as required by district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting students as necessary
• Willingness to obtain or maintain up-to-date clearances prior to starting position

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral support settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is valued but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and eager to work collaboratively
