Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually or in small groups with classroom work and participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs when applicable
• Help with classroom routines, daily transitions, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
• Supervise and support student mobility, classroom activities, and engagement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old
• School-based compliance: TB test (per district), standing/walking/occasional lifting ability
• Current school clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Work in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
