Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored academic, behavioral, and social support within classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance under teacher and staff direction
• Support students during daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as required
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space for all students

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current TB test per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to obtain or provide current school clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials (helpful but not required)
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative attitude
