Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide valuable support to students in a structured school environment near Dearborn, MI. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as directed by school staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs where applicable
• Offer supervision, mobility assistance, and support with personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere for all learners

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Willingness to obtain a TB test (per school requirements)
• Capable of standing, walking, and providing lifting assistance as needed
• Current school clearances, or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is advantageous, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
