What Youll Do:

• Support students individually or in small groups, as directed by teachers and staff
• Provide classroom assistance with academics, routines, and participation

• Follow all compliance protocols and school requirements

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• TB test clearance per district standards
• Willingness to obtain background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
