• Ability to pass a TB test and meet school district health requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Required clearances must be current or obtained prior to starting Preferred Experience:
• Prior work in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or challenging behaviors
• Certification or training such as CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative with a strong team-oriented approach
