Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students during classroom sessions
• Offer attentive 1:1 or small group assistance, as directed by educational staff
• Aid students with transitions, classroom participation, and daily routines
• Follow individualized behavior plans and IEP requirements as directed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care when needed
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every student thrives

What Youll Need to Qualify:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Negative TB test (per district requirements)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting tasks
• Ability to pass background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a school, child care, behavioral health, or special education setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications welcomed, but not required
• Dependable and patient, with a collaborative mindset
