Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 assistance to students according to teacher and school guidance
• Support students medically, behaviorally, and socially throughout classroom activities
• Help with daily routines, transitions, classroom participation, and personal care
• Aid in mobility and supervision, fostering a respectful and inclusive learning space
• Maintain a safe classroom environment and assist with lifting or physical support as needed

Requirements for School Placement:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test compliant with district standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• All required clearances must be current or obtained prior to start

Preferred Experience & Qualities:

• Background working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience (not required, but beneficial)
• Reliable, patient, collaborative, and dedicated to student well-being
