What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classrooms
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance under the direction of teachers and staff
• Help students with routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current TB test (per district rules)
• Ability to walk, stand, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date required clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT procedures (helpful, but not required)
• A patient, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
