Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially during the school day
• Provide 1:1 or small-group guidance based on teacher and staff direction
• Help students with routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior strategies and follow individualized education plans as needed
• Support with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Uphold a respectful, safe, and inclusive setting for all learners

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB testing (per current district standards)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and safely assist with lifting
• Updated clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Relevant work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavior challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT background a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
