Per Diem Teacher Assistant - Coopersburg, Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for students, as directed by school staff.
• Assist with academic tasks, classroom participation, and daily transitions.

• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safe classroom environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a current TB test (per district requirements).
• Capable of standing, walking, and providing lifting support when needed.
• Must have or be willing to obtain all required clearances for school employment.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in education, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT methodologies (not required, but valued).
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and collaboration skills.
