Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support for students within classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as guided by classroom teachers or staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and individual education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care
• Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• TB test (per district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Previous work supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and teamwork-driven
