  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive, proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students across K-12 grade levels, adapting to diverse instructional needs
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons, translating and interpreting for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
  • Aid in classroom organization, student supervision, and engagement activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and ethical standards
