This assignment focuses on day-to-day classroom coveragestep in when schools need you most to support students academically, behaviorally, and socially. Youll work alongside educators and other staff, assisting students with daily routines, facilitating transitions, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in both academic and behavioral growth within classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students with transitions, classroom participation, and following daily routines
• Implement behavioral strategies and IEPs as directed
• Offer supervision, mobility, and personal care assistance when needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment

Position Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet TB testing and school clearance requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Experience in education, behavioral health, or child care is preferred
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral interventions a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are advantageous but not required
• Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, and work well in a team
