Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Offer individualized support to students, reinforcing instruction and ensuring engagement
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
- Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and other non-classroom activities
- Support students with various needs, including those with disabilities or IEPs
- Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful atmosphere for students and staff
