In this role, youll play a vital part in the classroom by assisting with academic, behavioral, and social needsoften providing 1:1 or small-group support under the guidance of teaching staff. Every day, youll help foster a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere, offering encouragement, behavioral guidance, and hands-on support so that each student can succeed.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Up-to-date TB test (per district requirements)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to complete all necessary school clearances
  Preferred Experience:
• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Comfortable working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT (helpful but not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
