In this role, youll provide crucial 1:1 or small-group assistance to students, help implement behavior plans, and work collaboratively with teachers to foster academic, behavioral, and social growth. Youll assist with daily routines, support transitions, encourage participation, and contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom experience. Per school compliance standards, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to complete required clearances and a TB test. Physical ability to support student mobility and safety is also needed.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• TB test and required school clearances (current or willing to obtain)
• Ability to assist with student mobility and lifting as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative team approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
