Instructional Aide Substitute Opportunities School-Based, Flexible Per Diem Shift Work

What Youll Do:
- Provide individualized (1:1) or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
- Support students with academics, classroom routines, transitions, and participation
- Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as appropriate
- Assist in monitoring, supervision, and personal care
- Help foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
- Encourage student engagement and growth in partnership with educators
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Satisfy school compliance requirements (including TB test)
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Willingness to complete background checks/clearances if not current
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus (not required)
- Reliable, patient, and a collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
