• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide supervision, encourage engagement, and assist with personal care and mobility as needed

To ensure compliance with school requirements, applicants must:

• Have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Be able to complete a TB test (per district guidelines)
• Demonstrate physical capability for standing, walking, and lifting support
• Hold current clearances, or be willing to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred background includes:

• Experience in educational, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Exposure to supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (not required, but a plus)
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset
