What Youll Do:

• Offer direct 1:1 support to students, fostering academic, behavioral, and social progress
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide meaningful accommodations and support
• Help students with medical needs, transitions, classroom activities, and encourage active participation

Required Qualifications:

• Valid PEL license and a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Completion of TB test (per district requirements)
• Current school clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to assignment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting support when necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background in working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/learning challenges
