What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally in the classroom
• Provide individualized or small-group support as guided by teaching staff
• Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and students IEPs when needed
• Provide supervision, mobility, and personal care support
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful educational environment

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED, and 18+ years of age
• Current TB test (as required by the district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete all necessary clearances before starting
• Experience in schools, child care, behavioral health, or special education settings is preferred
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus (CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcome, though not required)
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
